Alan Finch - Human Resources / Social Care Director
Alan is a qualified Social Worker who has been in the management of work with young offenders for 15 years. He has managed multi agency teams, and was responsible for recruiting staff to those teams. He is trained in Human Resources, Recruitment and Selection and was responsible for establishing the Appraisal Scheme for a Youth Offending Service in the East Midlands.

Alan's role is to train staff, he has extensive experience in developing and presenting training programmes, gaining Open College Network accreditation for a training package (jointly developed with a team member) for Appropriate Adults. Alan also has wide experience of monitoring reports for Court and also in attendance at Court.

Rita Finch - Marketing / Human Resources (HR)
Has for many years been working in senior roles providing consultancy advice, Rita is also happy working with larger organisations who may have some short/long term business issues and require some additional expertise.

Nicky Bailey - Senior Training Associate
Nicky is a trained Deputy Head Teacher. She has for many years worked with Child Protection issues and is a member of the Diocese of Derby Child Protection Training Team. Nicky also provides Child Protection training for teachers in an East Midlands Education Department.

Nicky has a passion for both inrugby football, and she has combined this interest with providing Child Protection Training for the Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire Rugby Football Union.
