In the 15 years he has been leading and developing teams, Alan has earned a reputation as an inspiring and engaging trainer. He is a qualified Social Worker who has managed and recruited for multi-agency teams. Trained in Human Resources, Recruitment and Selection, Alan was responsible for developing the Appraisal Scheme for an East Midlands Youth Offending Service.
Rita developed her personal and flexible approach throughout her career as a consultant at senior levels in both the corporate and voluntary sectors. As well as supporting small and medium-sized businesses, Rita specialises in training around bullying and harassment to help organisations increase their productivity and achieve their long-term goals.
We also have well-established links with consultants specialising in education and other areas.
