If you want us to we’ll even help you with the final interviews, and deal with the post interview administration.

Pre registration

If yours is a developing, expanding business, or if you have a relatively high staff turnover, or if you are aware that you may have some retirements coming up, we can be in a position to offer a swifter response to your needs. All you have to do is pre register with us.

We will prepare a Company Profile (for recruitment purposes) and also job descriptions and person specifications for every current and anticipated post in your organisation. Then, when you have a vacancy, you simply ring us and tell us. We’ll pull your file up, identify the relevant job description and person specification, check with you that the details are still current, and just get on with the recruitment process to shortlist stage, sending you progress reports along the way.

Registration is a set fee, with a modest additional charge for each different job description and person specification that we prepare on your behalf. Then when you ask us to recruit for you, our usual hourly rates apply, but the overall cost will be less because most of the preparatory work will already be done (at registration). Pre registered businesses will qualify for a discount on the hourly rates. Each registration will last for two years.
